DELIVERY, RETURN, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. By placing an order through our website, you accept the preliminary information form and distance sales contract.

  2. Purchasers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

  3. Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.

  4. In the case of a product becoming impossible to sell, the seller must inform the buyer within 3 days and refund the total price within 14 days.

  5. The returned product must be unused, with its original tags and in resaleable condition. Products not meeting these criteria will be returned to the buyer at their own expense.

  6. The buyer must inspect the goods upon delivery. Damaged or defective products (e.g., dents, cracks, torn packaging) will not be accepted. Once accepted, it will be assumed that the product is undamaged and in good condition.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

  1. The buyer has the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days of receipt.

  2. Returned products must be sent via the seller’s preferred carrier, along with a return invoice.

  3. The buyer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. The seller may deduct the original shipping fees from the refund in case of a return.

  4. Discounted or promotional items are not eligible for return; only exchange is allowed.

  5. Due to hygiene reasons, accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

  6. Refunds may take 3-14 days to reflect in the buyer’s account.

  7. Refunds will be processed by deducting any incurred expenses, and only the product price will be refunded.
