Delivery, Return, and Exchange Policy

DELIVERY, RETURN, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and accept the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.

  2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product, as well as other applicable laws in force.

  3. Shipping fees will be paid by the buyers.

  4. In the event that it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller is required to inform the buyer in writing within 3 days from the moment the seller becomes aware of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

  5. The returned product must be unused, with its original tags, and in a condition that retains its resale value. Products that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the buyer at their own expense.

  6. The buyer must inspect the goods before accepting delivery. Damaged goods (e.g., dented, cracked, torn packaging, etc.) should not be accepted from the courier. Once accepted, it will be assumed that the product is undamaged and in good condition.


RETURN AND EXCHANGE

  1. The BUYER has the right to return or exchange the purchased product within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date to themselves or the designated recipient/institution.

  2. When returning a product, the BUYER must send the product via the courier company contracted by the SELLER, along with the return invoice issued by the SELLER. The product must be returned with its box, packaging, and any standard accessories, without any damage or missing parts.

  3. The costs arising from the use of the return and exchange rights will be borne by the BUYER. In this regard, the BUYER agrees to pay the return shipping fees and acknowledges that the SELLER may deduct the original shipping costs from the refund in case of a return.

  4. PRODUCTS PURCHASED UNDER DISCOUNTS AND CAMPAIGNS ARE NOT LEGALLY REQUIRED TO BE RETURNED. ONLY EXCHANGE WILL BE ACCEPTED.

  5. ACCESSORY PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS.

  6. The refund process to the BUYER's bank account may take between 3-14 days.

  7. In the case of cancellations and returns, the refund will only cover the product price, after deducting any applicable costs.
